All of our pods are built to meet the demands of your life and outdoor environment.  They are simple to order, easy to deliver and in most cases you won’t need any planning permission.  What’s more, they add value to your house and they’re cheaper and cleaner than extending your home.  We can put them in your garden, in your courtyard, or even attach them directly to your home.  And in the future if you need to move, you can simply take your pod with you.

All of our pods come carefully constructed on site and beautifully finished ready for you to add your personal touches.

The practical stuff

We’ll be able to talk you though all the details and logistics to help you get your perfect pod.  It’s quite straightforward… Choose the shape and style of your pod when we visit, order it, we build it, then you style it and enjoy it.

There are a few other things you’ll need to consider:

• We’ll undertake a survey to make sure your pod fits perfectly.
• You normally won’t need planning permission as they will fall under permitted development – but we can help if you do need planning.
• We’ll deliver the materials to your home and get it set-up in your space. Depending on what you want to use your pod for, we may need access to water, drains and electricity, but we will discuss this when we undertake the survey.
• Pods can come in all shapes and sizes and will be tailored to your space and your needs.
• Your house insurance will protect your pod from life’s up and downs.
• If you decide to move, we can arrange for your pod to be transferred to your new home – there will be a nominal fee for this.
• The pod comes with a ten-year guarantee.

Your lifestyle

Our pods have all been made using modern materials, well established construction methods and a lot of human care. Once we have built it on site all you’ll need to do is add your style and make it your own.

We can also build interior and exterior features for your needs such as bars, benches, bespoke shelving, feature walls, cooking areas, decking and polished concrete flooring.
